My name is Katina Whorley, and I established Loyalty Trusted Signing Agency, LLC, to reflect my commitment to providing businesses and individuals with loyal, trustworthy, convenient, accurate, and professional notary services. I am dually commissioned by the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Remote, and In-Office Notary Public and am able to offer notary services at a time and location that is convenient for my clients.

I am a certified Loan Closing/Signing Agent through Loan Signing System and the National Notary Association. I am able to conduct signing services for New Purchases, Refinances, Seller/Buyer only packages, HELOCs, and Reverse Mortgages, among other services.

I also offer Apostille services to assist with documents that are required or will be used in foreign countries, such as Birth Certificates, Destination Wedding documents, Legal documents, Academic documents, and Business Incorporation documents. I simplify the processing of such documents, allowing clients to continue their daily routines without concern. In addition to performing General Notary work, I am available to provide I-9 Authorization services.
